FAQ
1.
Receive a refusal or ERROR
message when making an
online payment via credit
card
[I
have tried to register
for the conference several
times on the website provided,
but whenever I click to
submit data, it always
say "Error Gid"]
- Please make sure
that your credit card
is available for online
transaction.
- Some banks, especially
Siam Commercial Bank
(SCB), through which
all online registration
fees are paid, require
your credit card to
be registered to make
it available for on-line
transaction.
- To make your credit
card available for
online transactions,
you must register
at the bank’s website
to activate your credit
card so as to be able
to pay online
2.
The Siam Commercial Bank,
which we deal with in
this online payment system,
will NOT
ACCEPT a credit card provided
by your organization,
because the bank cannot
verify your employment
details. The bank will
accept only personal credit
cards. If you have a personal
credit card, please use
that one instead as credit
cards issued by your organization
will not be accepted.
3.
The
FireFox web browser blocks
our website from making
online payment via credit
card. Please kindly try
to register on-line again
by
- trying another web
browser, or
- using another computer
or another place to
access the website
[The
problem was really due
to Firefox browser. I
have now completed the
registration using Internet
Explorer.]
4.
The
ATM machine CANNOT access
the account number.
If the ATM machine reports
that our account number
is inactive, please TRY
another ATM machine or
CHANGE the account number
to the other one.

The
presenters are not required
to submit their full papers
to us. They are
advised to prepare copies
of their full papers for
their audiences. We will
produce only a book containing
the conference program
and list of abstracts.
[I
would like to know the
deadline for submission
of full paper, and the
length limitation (how
many words) of paper.]
