REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee will cover: conference kit, access to all sessions, a reception dinner on 19 October 2016, morning and afternoon refreshments, and buffet lunches for the three days of the conference.
Online registration will close on 12 October 2016, although we recommend prompt registration as places are likely to fill up quickly. Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
* Please note that there will be no refund for cancellation or absence.
** The registration fee ONLY includes attendance at the conference, the conference documents, lunch and tea breaks and the evening reception. Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.
